What to put in the first email
Four things make an approach easy to answer: what the business or property is, where it is, roughly what it earns, and what outcome you are after. Attachments are welcome but not needed at this stage.
Approaches are treated as confidential. We do not circulate what you send, and we do not need your name on the first email if you would rather keep it general.

A real answer, not an auto-reply
Every message goes to the same address and is read by the company, not by an assistant screening for a sales pipeline. If your approach is not a fit, you will get a short note saying so and why, rather than silence.
We do not send newsletters, we do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not pass details to third parties.
